Shipping policy

SAY Stylists sends online orders from the salon at 161 Albany Road, Earlsdon, Coventry, CV5 6ND.

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 days. The delivery time after that depends on the carrier, and the options available for your address are shown at checkout.

Spend at least £35 for free shipping. Any delivery charge on a smaller order is shown before you pay.

Pickup is available when it is offered for the products in your order and you can select it at checkout. You then collect from the salon. The ready time shown on the product page and at checkout is an estimate.
