Terms of service

These terms apply to product orders placed on the SAY Stylists online shop.

By placing an order you agree to these terms, the shipping policy, and the privacy policy.

Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on the product page and again at checkout. You pay the total shown at checkout, including any delivery charge.

An order is accepted when we email confirmation. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a clear pricing error, or if the payment cannot be completed.

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 days. Delivery and pickup are described in the shipping policy. Pickup is only available when it is offered for the products in the order and you select it at checkout.

For online orders of goods, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving the items. Contact us and we will tell you how to return them. If a product was sealed for health or hygiene reasons and you have unsealed it, the right to cancel that item may not apply. Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive the return, or sooner where the law requires it.

Use hair products as directed on the packaging. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
